Cordeiro Roofing Ltd received a Certificate of Recognition (COR) which is awarded to employers who develop health and safety programs that meet established standards. The Certificate of Recognition (COR™) is nationally trademarked and endorsed by participating members of the Canadian Federation of Construction Safety Associations (CFCSA) of which the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA) is a member.
Our safety policy and record is second to none. We have received the Construction Association of Ontario’s citation of merit and we are accredited members of Contractor Check, one of Canada’s leading Environmental, Health & Safety risk management companies.

Industry Certifications
We at Cordeiro are industry leaders when it comes to certifications. This permits us to work on almost any jobsite in Canada. These certifications include regular training and workplace inspections to ensure our staff have the best training available, and utilize the latest tools and techniques to keep you dry.
Founded in 1964, the Ontario Industrial Roofing Contractors Association (OIRCA) is a professional group of union and non-union industrial/commercial/institutional (ICI) roofing and sheet metal contractors, product suppliers/ manufacturers and building science consultants/engineers.
OIRCA's goal is to assure through accountability, excellence in roofing construction.
CRCA leads the Canadian roofing industry, advancing the success of roofing contractors through technical expertise, standards of practice, and collaboration with industry partners.
Since 1983, IIBEC’s (formerly RCI, Inc.’s) Consultant members have offered unbiased design, repair planning, quality assurance observance, legal testimony, and general roofing and other building enclosure management services. IIBEC’s Consultant members adhere to a strict code of ethics that offers unprejudiced service without affiliation with any product or manufacturer.
TCA's mandate, when it was formed in 1867, was to promote the highest possible standard of professionalism for its stakeholders. That mandate remains unchanged. However, the industry has become infinitely more complicated during the last 140 plus years, and the scope and diversity of our services has grown to ensure we adequately service the entire ICI sector in the greater Toronto area.

With a wide variety of manufacturer certifications, we can provide a solution to any problem. Delays are limited with the added variety of materials and distributors at hand. We are fully certified with the manufacturers allowing us to issue extended warranties. This once again includes on site training and inspections regularly to keep us at the top of our game.
