Q. How much will my roof replacement cost?

A. There are many types of roof systems, each with different costs and benefits for your specific situation. Feel free to contact us to discuss options and the prices associated with them. 

Q. My roof is leaking, Help!

A. We offer emergency services to limit your wait, and provide immediate solutions to roof leaks. Please contact our office or 24 hour emergency hotline to request immediate service options.

Q. Do you work with that smelly tar stuff?

A. Actually tar hasn’t been used in Canadian roofing since the 1980’s. Tar is a carcinogenic product that contributed many health problems and as such has been removed from our industry. Currently SBS asphalt is the standard for our market, and is much safer to work with. Additionally there are “low odour” options that have been formulated to work around schools, hospitals, and other facilities where staff may have odour sensitivities.  

Q. Do you replace or repair shingle roofs?

A. We do have highly experienced shinglers on our team, and regularly do shingle repairs and replacements. We are however limited on the number of smaller, independently owned buildings we can complete in our limited summer season. Contact us to see if we are accepting new shingle projects.

Q. How long should it take to get a estimate for my roof?

A. This depends on the size of the job and whether or not a site visit is required to inspect the onsite conditions. Most quote requests will be returned within 2 weeks from the request.
